The main objective of which is to develop the Santali society through technology. And the YouTuber of this channel is - Suniram Murmu. Who is known as India's and World's First Santali Tech Youtuber. He is a Web Developer And Web Engineer. And his channel is dedicated on Science and Technology.
Santali Technology World is the world’s first-ever Santali-broadcast Educational Platform and YouTube Channel. It was established in 2021, and its founder is Suniram Murmu, who is also known as India’s first Tech YouTuber.
The main objective of Santali Technology World is to keep the existence of the Santali community alive in tune with the modern era through technology, to provide technology education to all Santali people in their own mother tongue, and to develop and uplift the Santali community through technology.

Santali Technology World Work
1. Online Digital Tech Education
We all know education is the backbone of a nation. But in today’s Santali society, very few are truly educated. Many have completed school, college, or university and hold degrees like B.A. or M.A., yet they lack skills. As a result, they fail to keep pace with the times, miss opportunities, and remain unemployed. Many, despite being educated, end up working as laborers in fields to make ends meet.
This issue is increasingly visible in the Santali community. To solve it, Santali Technology World offers online courses in the Santali language to provide technical education and skill development to all Santali people. Economically disadvantaged individuals and students can access these courses completely free. Special discounts are available for women to encourage their participation in technology.
Already, Santali Technology World has successfully completed the "Basic to Advanced AI Course in Santali", which began on June 1, 2025. Participants from India and other countries learned about technology and developed various technical skills in their mother tongue.
2. Digital Awareness Program
Education alone cannot bring development unless the people are also aware. In today’s technological era, the Santali people are far behind in technology, making them vulnerable to exploitation. Malicious individuals misuse the internet to steal money and personal information from innocent Santali people, especially targeting Santali women on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to:

Threaten to leak private photos and videos to force them into harmful acts
Tragically, many Santali women have been driven to suicide due to such exploitation.
To protect Santali people from online threats, Santali Technology World organizes awareness programs and events, such as Cyber Hul, held on August 17. This program brought together Santali participants from several countries, educating them in their mother tongue about cyber safety. Through such initiatives, STW spreads awareness of cyber security and teaches essential tech skills to safeguard against hacking and cybercrime.
3. STW FM & Podcast
After the Santhal Hul rebellion of June 30, 1855, many Santali people fled to different regions and countries to escape British oppression and exploitation.
Today, Santali people remain scattered across various parts of the world. Isolated, they often face physical and mental abuse, putting the community at risk of collapse.
For survival and development, global Santali unity is essential. To achieve this, Santali Technology World uses technology to connect Santali people worldwide. Through STW FM & Podcast, it shares stories of Santali life—culture, joys, and struggles—from different countries, fostering communication and unity among the global Santali community.
4. e-Magazine Publication
Many Santali people are talented but cannot showcase their abilities due to lack of funds, support, or platforms. Santali Technology World addresses this by publishing an international e-Magazine every six months.
This allows individuals—from the general public to students, teachers, and academics—to share their writings with the world for free. On July 7, 2025, STW released "Digital Dishom", an international digital e-Magazine available on major platforms like Google Play Books, featuring contributions from Santali people worldwide.
5. Digital Library
Every community has unique features—songs, dances, culture, and heritage—that define its identity. However, in recent times, Santali culture is being overshadowed by trends like Chapri dance, where Santali youth spend nights drinking and adopting foreign cultural habits, eroding traditional values.
To preserve Santali identity, Santali Technology World has created a Digital Library, safeguarding digital records of Santali life, music, dance, education, and traditions from around the world. This ensures future generations can learn about and take pride in their heritage.
6. Freelancing Program & Training
A community can only progress when its people earn an income. Many Santali individuals, despite holding prestigious degrees, remain unemployed due to lack of practical skills.
Santali Technology World’s Freelancing Program & Training teaches various technical skills in the Santali language, enabling community members to earn money online and become self-reliant.
7. Foundation Day
Santali Technology World was founded on July 17, 2021, with the aim of developing the Santali community through technology. Yet, many Santali people still face extreme poverty, hunger, and lack of education, especially the elderly.
On Foundation Day each year, STW plans to help underprivileged individuals by:

STW Volunteers are passionate individuals dedicated to the growth and development of the Santali community through technology, education, and digital awareness. They act as changemakers, spreading knowledge, assisting in projects, and contributing to building a modern, tech-driven Santali society.

As an STW Volunteer, your responsibilities may include:

3. How to Become an STW Volunteer?
Becoming a volunteer is simple:

Fill out the volunteer application form.

Make a one-time payment of RS = 49/- for registration.

Receive your official STW Volunteer ID.

Get added to the STW Volunteer Group, where you will receive tasks and updates.
If you serve responsibly for 7 months and fulfill all duties with dedication, you may be selected as an official STW Team Member.

5. Rules for STW Volunteers
All volunteers must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have a minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary (Class 12).

Maintain discipline and respect towards other volunteers.

Complete assigned tasks on time; if not possible, inform so that work can be reassigned.

Avoid any behavior that harms the reputation of STW, or face removal from the program.
