Santali Technology World - Website Development Service Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Santali Technology World (the provider) and the client (you) for website development services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration and Communication

Clients must first register with us to avail website services.

After registration, our team will contact you to understand your requirements and initiate the process.
2. Demo Website

A non-refundable advance of ₹500 must be paid before development starts.

A demo website will be delivered within 2–3 days based on your requirements.

If you approve the demo, full development will begin. Otherwise, the project will not proceed.
3. Billing and Client Approval

A detailed invoice will be provided based on your website needs.

Work will begin only after your approval of the invoice.
4. Domain and Hosting

You are responsible for purchasing your own domain and hosting.

A 50% advance payment is required, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project.
5. No Refund Policy

Once the domain and hosting are purchased, no refund will be issued if you cancel the project.
6. Final Payment and Handover

After development, you must pay the development cost (excluding domain/hosting).

Upon full payment, we will handover your website (including ID and password).
7. Ownership and Control

Once the website is transferred, Santali Technology World will no longer have any control over it.
8. Data Privacy

Your personal data will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party without your permission.
9. Legal Compliance

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through peaceful discussion.
10. Updates and Renewals

If you need any updates, upgrades, or renewal services after the website is handed over, additional charges will apply based on the work.
11. Technical Support

If there are technical issues with your website after delivery, Santali Technology World will resolve them for free as part of our support policy.
